FRPFILE RAMDISK A12-13 Windows Tool Free Download

FRPFILE RAMDISK A12-13 Windows Tool Free Download

I downloaded the FRPFILE RAMDISK A12-13 Windows Tool after seeing it in a video. I opened the tool and followed the same steps shown there. I wanted to check how the RamDisk boot works and see each step myself instead of just reading about it.
Before starting, I had to connect an RP2350 board. I used the Waveshare RP2350 USB-A board because that is the one recommended. The PWN step will not work without this board, so make sure you have it before trying the tool.

My Testing

I connected the iPhone in Recovery Mode first. The tool detected the iOS version automatically and selected the correct RamDisk boot file. I did not have to choose anything manually. After that, I put the device into DFU Mode. I connected the RP2350 board to my computer and then connected the iPhone to the board. I waited until the LED turned green again before moving to the next step.
Once the exploit finished, I disconnected the phone from the RP2350 board and connected it directly to the computer. The RamDisk boot completed successfully.

What Information It Shows

While I checked the tool, it showed the detected iOS version automatically after connecting the device in Recovery Mode.It also displays the RamDisk boot progress, mount status, and lets you know when the DATA partition has been mounted successfully. After that, the Backup Passcode option becomes available.
The tool also includes options for reading owner information, hardware information, and hidden account details.

Supported Features I Checked

  • Bypass passcode.
  • Disable iOS 13 to iOS 26.5.
  • Untethered Hello Screen bypass.
  • Support for Baseband problem devices on iOS 15 to 18.7.2 and iOS 26.0 to 26.1.
  • Read owner information.
  • Read hardware information.
  • Read hidden account details.
  • Backup Passcode.
  • Factory Reset while keeping the current iOS version.
  • Device activation after restoring the backup ticket.

Supported Devices

  • iPhone XS
  • iPhone XS Max
  • iPhone XR
  • iPhone 11
  • iPhone 11 Pro
  • iPhone 11 Pro Max
  • iPhone SE (2nd Generation)
  • iPad Air (3rd Generation)
  • iPad mini (5th Generation)
  • iPad (8th Generation)
  • iPad (9th Generation)

Things I Found

I found that the tool handles most of the boot process automatically after the device is detected. The only part that needs extra attention is using the RP2350 board correctly. If the exploit does not complete, the remaining steps cannot continue.I also noticed that reconnecting the device directly to the computer after the exploit is an important step. Skipping it may stop the process.

Bugs or Problems

During the guide, there is one known error that can appear.

If the tool shows /mnt2 not mounted or empty, the recommended fix is to restore the device to the latest supported iOS version and repeat the process. I would check this first before trying anything else.
Support for newer iOS versions may take time after Apple releases updates, so waiting for a newer tool version may also be necessary.

My Opinion

After checking the complete process, I think this tool is mainly made for users who already know how to work with DFU Mode and RamDisk booting. The steps are not difficult, but they must be followed in the correct order. The automatic iOS detection saves some time, and the Backup Passcode and Factory Reset process is easy to follow once the DATA partition is mounted successfully. Just make sure you have a supported RP2350 board before starting.

How I Used It

These are the same steps I followed:-
  • Connected the iPhone in Recovery Mode.
  • Waited until the tool detected the iOS version automatically.
  • Put the device into DFU Mode.
  • Connected the RP2350 board to the PC.
  • Connected the iPhone to the RP2350 board.
  • Waited until the LED changed back to green.
  • Reconnected the iPhone directly to the computer.
  • Waited until the tool showed mount DATA OK.
  • Clicked Backup Passcode.
  • Clicked Factory Reset after the backup completed.
  • Closed and reopened the tool.
  • Repeated the DFU and PWN exploit process.
  • Clicked Activate Device to finish the activation.
